The support given to my son at Viewfield is of a very high standard – my son has a very busy lifestyle and gets out and about frequently. His bungalow is kept very clean and tidy, and I feel really involved in the support provided to my son and I visit every day. 21st February 2013

Thank you for all your support and kindness over the year. The little things mean a lot and you are all wonderful. Barnhill Road - 18th February 2013

My father passed away on 9th February whilst residing at Green Heys Nursing Home. I would like to point out to CIC management what incredible staff you employ at this facility. The Manager came to see us almost every day of the 10 days I sat with my father and answered every question we had. The nursing staff are second to none.

Once they started the LCP they cared not only for dad but us as his grieving children. The support staff have always treated my dad with love and respect.

That just leaves last but certainly not least the Housekeeping and Kitchen staff. Again nothing was too much trouble and the kitchen staff always left sandwiches in the fridge for us when they left. I think the Management at CIC should be exceptionally proud of the whole team at Green Heys and congratulate them on the fantastic job they do. Our sincere thanks go out to each and every one of them. 12th February 2012

Mum was only with you a few weeks, but you cared for her so well. She was comfortable - warm and safe, we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to all who cared for her and looked after her so well. St Catherines Care Home – 12th February 2013

Dear everyone at Charlotte Grange. Can we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the love, care and kindness you gave to our lovely husband and father. When we knew we could no longer keep him safe and look after him at home, we made a really hard decision to place him in a care home. We remember that the first few months were hard for him and he probably wasn't the easiest person to care for, but everyone at Charlotte Grange always treated him with dignity and respect and were there to help him with all his living needs.

During the last few months of his life he always displayed the beginnings of dementia, and again you all helped him, and his family, to cope with the changes he started to go through. It was lovely seeing so many from the home at his funeral, where he was given a lovely and dignified send off. 31st January 2013

With special thanks - it's easy to say "thank you" but it’s hard to find a way to let you know what warmth there is behind those words today... but somehow I hope this message helps to show at least in part the very special gratitude that's felt deep in the heart. To all the wonderful staff. I regard you all as friends and I can’t begin to thank you for all you do. I don’t know how I would be coping right now if it wasn't for each and every one of you. You are my life savers. You all care with love, dignity and compassion. Winterburn Crescent - 22nd January 2013

I wish to convey the thanks and gratitude felt by myself and all my family for the wonderful care my mother received whilst at Eccleston Court.

We wish to say a big 'thank you' to everyone - the nursing and care staff, housekeeping, clerical and maintenance. We appreciate everyone's role in providing a wonderful environment and the delivery of first class care. We would like to acknowledge the extra effort put into the work by everyone so that the last days of my mother's life was as comfortable as possible. Once again, thank you. 16th January 2013

I have been a resident at Barfields Court since 2006 and during all of this period I have had many, many reasons to be grateful for the exceptional standards of care shown by the staff. There have obviously been the inevitable teething problems as CIC have taken over but they are clearly taking all steps to ensure things are back on an even keel and they are succeeding. Special mention to certain staff who are clearly striving to provide a very high standard of care and concern.

Thank you Barfields Court continues to be a magical place to live. 16th January 2013
