Promoting anti-bullying with On The Same Team

Community Integrated Care is proud to partner with Rugby League to tackle bullying and discrimination, with the launch of a pioneering FREE anti-bullying education programme for young people.

Oliver Thomason, Community Integrated Care's Sports Inclusion Coordinator, educates a group of primary school children on anti-bullying as part of On The Same Team. Schools and community rugby league clubs are encouraged to sign up for ‘On The Same Team’, an inspiring and easy-to-deliver anti-bullying education programme. On The Same Team offers simple and inspiring education that helps young people to understand the impact of their words and behaviours on other people, and how we all thrive when we’re On The Same Team. Using the stories of rugby league role models and players in the Community Integrated Care Learning Disability Super League, it is uniquely powerful and engaging.
