Scotland

Community Integrated Care’s team in Scotland is proud to provide support to enable people to live their best lives possible.

Our charity delivers a host of specialist, community-based care services, supporting people in leading fulfilling and independent lives. To this end, we work with adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, autism and complex care so they can play a full part in their local community.

Wherever we are, our care services go above and beyond to encourage the people we support to reach their personal goals. Achieving milestones in different aspects of everyday life can involve providing technology support or helping people to improve their health, connect with the local community, find the right job or even go on holiday independently.

At the heart of the community

We’re one of Scotland’s largest and most successful social care charities. We have the local knowledge to really understand the communities where we work. We’re definitely ‘on the ball’ when it comes to teaming up with partner organisations, too!

One recent Scottish initiative is our work as the Official Social Care Partner of Scottish Rugby League. We’re helping people with support needs be fully involved in the sport. We’re even running a competition to design the training t-shirt for the Men’s and Wheelchair teams competing in the Rugby League World Cup 2021.
