Leadership and Management
We employ many people in management roles within our services such as Team Leaders or Home Managers, and in the departments and operations teams that support them. We look to employ managers who are skilled, experienced and passionate about the services we provide.
Registered Nurses take the clinical lead in our Registered Care Services. They are responsible for care planning and often work alongside other medical professionals to ensure that the health needs of the people they support are being met.
Catering & Facilities Management
Many of our services are supported by a range of professionals such as cooks, chefs, administrators, cleaners and maintenance staff. Their work is invaluable to our services running smoothly and effectively.
At Community Integrated Care, we have a number of departments who play a key role in our success. Our services are backed by support service departments such as Finance, Audit, Learning & Development, IT and Legal, who are based in our head office in Widnes, Cheshire.
