Andrew Sleigh joined Community Integrated Care as Chief FInancial Officer in June 2015,

Andrew, who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, has enjoyed a highly successful 30 year career in finance roles, including most recently overseeing budgets and business integration at Kier Services with an annual turnover of over £1.2bn. He is also passionate about supporting community groups and delivering a cross-functional customer focus.

Our charity's ambitious strategy, has at its core, the ambition of becoming a caring yet commercial organisation. Andrew ensures that we are using our resources wisely and always getting the best value for the things we buy. By managing our finances well, we are able to invest in better and more innovative services and exciting initiatives, giving us the resources to fulfil our vision of becoming the UK’s Leading Health and Social Care Charity.
