Our Expertise
We have over two decades of experience in supporting people with learning difficulties in many different settings across England and Scotland. With our specialist knowledge and range of expertise, we are able to deliver innovative solutions and the best possible support for all of our service users.
Staff working in CIC's learning disability services are given a wide-range of training to meet the needs of the people they support. Many of our services have achieved specialist accreditations and CIC regularly receives recognition in national care awards.
Social Inclusion
We are committed to delivering social inclusion for the people we support – giving them choice and independence over the support they receive, and enabling them to pursue their interests and be part of their local community.CIC is dedicated to always listening to the views of the people we support so that we can improve the services we provide to them. Our national social inclusion group SING (Social Inclusion Network Group), meet with CIC's management to give their feedback on being part of CIC – our strengths and the things we can do better. This feedback is used by our Executive Team to continually improve our services.
