Winsford Grange

Winsford Grange is a residential and nursing care home for 60 older people, based in Winsford, Cheshire.  Our home can also provide short-term respite support. Winsford Grange overlooks the surrounding Cheshire countryside and is set within large well maintained gardens.

Care and Support

• We provide residential care and nursing care for aged people with related conditions such as dementia.
• A nurse is on duty in our home, 24-hours a day.
• Our staff receive specialist training and are always available to provide assistance. Many of our staff have completed CIC’s unique BTEC in Dementia Care qualification.
• We are committed to providing a high standard of care for residents at the end of their life. Some of our staff have competed the Palliative Care Diploma qualification.
• Each resident at Winsford Grange has a personalised care plan they have compiled together with their family and key worker.

Home Comforts

• Each resident has their own large bedroom, which can be personalised and furnished to their own taste.
• We have many recreational facilities at Winsford Grange including an activity room, accessible garden and hairdressing facilities.
• Our chef cooks a range of healthy and delicious meals each day and all dietary requirements are catered for.
• Our large landscaped gardens provide a pleasant and secure environment for residents who enjoy being outdoors.

An Active Life

• We have no restrictions to visiting hours and encourage resident’s family and friends to be involved with life in our home.
• We support the cultural and spiritual beliefs of all our residents and we have regular visits from local clergy.
• Winsford Grange is part of the local community and often receive visits from schools and local groups.
• We host a range of social events and activities in the home, including visits from entertainers and bingo and quiz nights.
