St Stephen's is a nursing home for 40 older people in Elworth near Sandbach, Cheshire. Elworth is a quiet village with a close knit community.

• St Stephen's is a friendly home, providing high quality care to older people, including individuals who are frail or have conditions such as dementia.
• All staff are fully trained and qualified nursing care is available 24 hours a day.

• Each resident has their own room and they are encouraged to personalise their room to their own taste.
• We have no restrictions on visiting hours and encourage friends and family to get involved in social events.
• All meals are cooked from fresh and we have a varied menu every mealtime. We also cater for any specialist dietary requirements.
• We have a large sensory garden which is fully wheelchair accessible.  

Activities

• We have a specialist activities coordinator at St Stephen's who organises regular events in the home and also organises regular day trips.
• Regular activities at our home include: bingo, board games, day trips, reminiscence sessions, afternoon tea, flower arranging and pamper days.
• We support the beliefs of our residents and ensure they have access to their faith group. We have regular visits form local churches.
