Cornwall Park is a residential home situated in the scenic market town of Newton Stewart in the South West of Scotland.

• All residents have a personalised care plan created which is created by them and their family, in conjunction with their Key Worker.
• We have close links with the Alzheimer’s society, Age UK (formally Help the Aged/Age Concern) and local advocacy groups.
• We support residents to maintain their religious or cultural beliefs.

A Homely Environment

• Every resident had their own en-suite bedroom, which can be personalised and furnished to their taste.
• Our home is based close to local amenities such as banks, shops and transport links.
• Cornwall Park has a chef who prepares a variety of nutritious meals and caters for any specific dietary requirements.
• We have an accessible garden, complete with a greenhouse and a summer house, for residents who enjoy the outdoors.

An Active Life

• Cornwall Park is a hub of activity with regular visits from local clergy, musicians, volunteers and schools.
• We have a wheelchair accessible vehicle to help residents with their transport needs and for regular day trips.
• Friends and family are encouraged to join in social events at Cornwall Park and to be a part of life in the home.
• Our weekly activity programme is created in partnership with the residents, and features activities such as bingo, board games, sing-a-longs and reminiscence sessions.
