Charlotte Grange

Charlotte Grange is a residential home for 46 older people based in the centre of Hartlepool. We provide specialist care for people with age related conditions, such as dementia, and support our more able residents to remain active in their community.

Care and Support

• Staff at Charlotte Grange receive a range of specialist training to provide excellent care and support.
