Our Senior Care homes

CIC has nineteen care homes in England. Our Senior Care homes are focused on meeting the health, wellbeing and social needs of the people we support. By providing support from well trained and caring staff in homely, purpose-built facilities, we are able to provide support that maximises dignity, comfort and independence.

Every CIC Senior Care home has at least one NHS registered Dignity Champion and a designated Activities Coordinator amongst its staff team. Our services also employ a wide range of assistive technologies including: My Amego, Buddi and Just Checking.

Specialist Dementia Services

CIC provide specialist dementia care in all of our service settings. We adopt person-centered care in all of our services; getting to know the person, their life and their needs, in order to provide care that meets individual needs.

  • CIC has developed its own Dementia Strategy, based upon the latest research in Dementia Care
  • Our staff receive a range training to meet the needs of the people they support, including our unique BTEC in Dementia Care qualification.
  • We use assistive technologies, and design and furnish our services to maximise safety and independence.
  • CIC are developing a pioneering £5 million integrated dementia service in Manchester called EachStep. This service will provide specialist dementia care to people with the condition, no matter what their needs
