Homelessness Services

CIC's Homelessness Services provide supported housing, personal development, education and training opportunities for homeless people.

We have three homelessness services that are based in Halton:

Belvedere – Runcorn

Halton Goals – Runcorn

Orchard House – Widnes

Our Approach

We focus on the person rather than the problem, tailoring our services to meet specific need. We with security, support to access employment or training and a healthy, supportive living environment, people affected by homelessness can flourish, achieving progression, and importantly, their own personal aspirations.

Our Homelessness Services work to break the no-home, no-hope, no-job cycle by challenging the isolation and insecurity of homelessness that leads to social exclusion.

Working in Partnership

We work with homeless individuals from a variety of backgrounds, often with complex needs and always strive to provide innovative solutions to suit each person. Working in the community with local commissioners and partner agencies, such as housing providers, social and health care services, probation, GPs, colleges and employers, we ensure that the services we provide are innovative, accessible and best value for everyone.
