Customer satisfaction hits the 100 per cent mark for CIC

Thousands of people who access CIC, gave us top marks in the 2009 Service User Satisfaction Survey.

An unprecedented, 53% of people supported by CIC took part in the survey. With 98% of all the people supported by CIC agreeing that they have a good relationship with the people who support them (and 100 homelessness service users agreeing staff are friendly and welcoming), the charity is thrilled that so many service users feel so positive about their care and support.
CIC Chief Executive, Phil Edgington, said, “The results revealed exceptionally high levels of satisfaction across all of CIC’s services. In particular, they highlighted CIC’s successes in providing full, happy lives for the people we support, creating strong bonds between staff and service users, and encouraging people to take control of their lives and futures.”
CIC is a unique community. We passionately believe that everyone should be treated as an individual. Our personal experiences are what make us who we are – and by sharing them, we can get to know and understand each other better. That is why we hope this survey will go a long way to helping CIC develop and deliver better services." He added.
