Middlesbrough FC football stars Seb Hines and Rhys Williams took part in a training session of a different kind when they attended a British Sign Language class held for CIC’s care staff in the North East.

Halton MP Derek Twigg and Halton Councillors, Marie Wright and Sheila Walsh joined in the celebrations at Runcorn homelessness service, Belvedere, as the service launched its healthy living programme on Friday 15^th January.
