CIC Homelessness Services provide housing, personal development and training opportunities for homeless people in Runcorn and Widnes.
We understand that without the stability of a home, it is impossible for many individuals to reach their full potential. Our homelessness services offers security, support to access employment or training and a healthy, supportive living environment.
We support people in our services to:
- Develop domestic and life skills.
- Access emotional support, advice and guidance.
- Access to local education and training.

Referrals to our services can only be made via Halton Council’s ‘Housing Solutions’ team. Housing Solutions can be contacted via the council’s 24-hour number: 0303 333 4300 or via Halton Council’s One Stop Shops.
