| Support plans | | Staff at Belvedere work with individuals to create a Support Plan. This plan is designed to equip the person with all the necessary life, employment and social skills for independent living.
| | Each tenant will also have the opportunity to take part in training activities both within Belvedere and with external agencies. Regular meetings with a key-worker will help monitor and evaluate support plan progress. | |

| Moving on | | Once you are ready to live independently you will receive assistance in finding your own accommodation. | | Working with our re-settlement officer, your key-worker will help you with all aspects of moving on and living independently. We also provide you with six week follow-up support after you have moved into your own accommodation. | |
