Providing accommodation, support and advice to 23 adults, aged 16 and over, in Runcorn Cheshire. Belvedere is a purpose built complex of flats and apartments.
Belvedere work 365 days a year to provide a safe and supportive environment that enables homeless individuals to move from semi-independent to independent living.
At Belvedere we actively monitor each individuals ability to cope in an independent environment; highlighting support needs and assisting as required.
Support plans
Staff at Belvedere work with individuals to create a Support Plan. This plan is designed to equip the person with all the necessary life, employment and social skills for independent living.
Each tenant will also have the opportunity to take part in training activities both within Belvedere and with external agencies. Regular meetings with a key-worker will help monitor and evaluate support plan progress.
New skills
Support Staff will work with each person to develop new skills. Improving chances of pursuing work, further education or a training place of their choice. We help to achieve individual goals through:

  • Moving on
    Once you are ready to live independently you will receive assistance in finding your own accommodation.
    Working with our re-settlement officer, your key-worker will help you with all aspects of moving on and living independently. We also provide you with six week follow-up support after you have moved into your own accommodation.
    Referrals

    People come to Belvedere via the Housing Solutions Team Team at Halton Borough Council. Referrals are made to us via a number of sources including;

  • Probation
  • Social Services
  • Accommodation Providers
  • Outside Agencies
  • Self referral to the Homeless team. After a referral has been made, you will be given a date and time for an initial interview.
