Sharing your feedback with CIC

We believe that the views of our service users, residents, their relatives, friends, advocates and employee’s or outside agencies, whether expressed as comments, compliments or complaints are the best ways we have of knowing if we are delivering an excellent service. Comments, compliments and complaints are used to by CIC to identify areas for improvement and development.
