St Lukes is a 60 bed Nursing Home which provides care and support for older people, who have physical and mental health problems. We provide long-term care but can also provide short term care should you require it.
At St Lukes you will have a named nurse who is responsible for your individualised Care Plan. This is compiled together with both you and your family, it is regularly evaluated according to your changing needs.
The Care Plan promotes independence and choices. It respects personal belief systems and if required addresses your physical and mental health issues.
Each individual who lives with us has a key worker who is assisted by a named support worker.
St Lukes offers a homely, supporting and caring atmosphere, which is comfortably designed and offers easy access for wheelchair users.
Our home has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the interior professionally designed with the complete involvement of both residents and colleagues.
We provide single rooms all with en-suite facilities and television points. You are encouraged to reflect your individuality in the décor of your room. You can personalise your room with your own treasured photographs, ornaments and furniture, if you wish.
St Lukes also offers communal lounge areas, a designated smoking lounge, a conservatory and a spacious dining room.
Our newly designed sensory garden provides a pleasant and secure environment for residents who enjoy being outdoors. |
