Charlotte Grange is a 46 bed care home which provides care and support for older people in Hartlepool. Just half a mile from the town centre, Charlotte Grange is at the heart of the community; close to local shops, banks, parks and churches. Also within easy walking distance are Hartlepool railway station and access to local transport routes and services.

Charlotte Grange offers a homely, happy and relaxed atmosphere, which is superbly designed and offers easy access for wheelchair users. Our home has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the interior professionally designed with the involvement of both residents and colleagues. There are 4 units within Charlotte Grange, each comprising of its own dining area, kitchenette, spacious lounge, conservatory and individual bedrooms. All rooms have wash basins plus individual television points.

You are encouraged to reflect your individuality in the décor of your room, you can personalise your room with your own treasured photographs, ornaments and furnishings, if you wish. Our large courtyard garden provides a pleasant and secure environment for residents who enjoy being outdoors.
