Situated in Buchan the home overlooks Carlingwark Loch and is on the outskirts of the market town Castle Douglas. Carlingwark House is at the heart of the community and within easy walking distance of all local shops, churches, parks and transport services. Carlingwark House offers a homely, happy and relaxed atmosphere, which is superbly designed and offers easy access for wheelchair users.

Our home has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the interior professionally designed with the involvement of both residents and colleagues. All rooms have en-suite facilities complete with television and telephone points. Couples can be accommodated for by converting rooms into a bedroom and sitting room arrangement.
